SAFETY PROTOCOLS
POLICIES AND MITIGATION PROCEDURES
GROUP SIZE
Small group sizes and stable cohorts. No mixing of groups.
FACE COVERING
Masks are optional but strongly encouraged for all students and caregivers age 24 months and older. Masks will still be worn by all staff members at this time. We recommend wearing N95 or KN95 masks as they provide the highest level of protection.
ENTRANCE & EXIT
Drop-off will take place at the front entrance off Del Monte Avenue. Pick-up is from the back gate off of Helvic Avenue.
SANITATION & CLEANING
Hand sanitation stations are set-up throughout the facility. Students and staff will sanitize hands when entering and throughout the camp/class. Equipment and high touch areas will be cleaned/sanitized each day. High-touch areas will be cleaned between classes.
WATER BOTTLES
Each student must bring a refillable water bottle each day. Filtered refilling stations are available.
MAKE-UPS
Make-ups are not being offered at this time in an effort to keep groups stable.
VIEWING
Parents are not permitted to view classes facility at this time in an effort to reduce the numbers of persons inside. You may enter to ask questions at the front desk. Viewing will be available through SpotTV starting in June 2022!
STAY HOME WHEN SICK
If your child is experiencing any symptoms related to Covid-19 or any other illness they may not attend class. They may return when they are symptom & fever free for 24 hours. If students are showing symptoms of illness while they are in class they will be sent home for the day.
