POLICIES AND MITIGATION PROCEDURES
STAY HOME WHEN SICK
If your child is experiencing any symptoms related to Covid-19 or any other illness they may not attend class. They may return when they are symptom & fever free for 24 hours. If students are showing symptoms of illness while they are in class they will be sent home for the day.
FACE COVERING
Masks are optional but strongly encouraged for all students and caregivers age 24 months and older. We recommend wearing N95 or KN95 masks as they provide the highest level of protection.
ENTRANCE & EXIT
Drop-off will take place outside the front entry. Students line up with their parents behind their designated class sign. The coach will escort the class into the building at the scheduled start time. Students will be escorted out the garage door to the gate located to the right of the front entry for pick-up.
SANITATION & CLEANING
Hand sanitation stations are set-up throughout the facility. Students and staff will sanitize hands when entering and throughout the camp/class. Equipment and high touch areas will be cleaned/sanitized each day. High-touch areas will be cleaned between classes.
WATER BOTTLES
Each student must bring a refillable water bottle each day. Filtered refilling stations are available.
MAKE-UPS
Make-ups are not being offered at this time in an effort to keep groups stable.
VIEWING
Parents may view via the Spot-TV virtual viewing program. Access available through your parent portal on our website. Parents may enter the building if they have a question for the office manager but are asked to leave immediately after to limit traffic in the building.
